Drop-in Support

Nurtured.

This is an Embodied Immersion. A space to find your breath. To allow yourself to be completely nurtured & supported in tending to your nervous system & gently being guided back into your body.

What to expect.

During our time together you will receive;

  • Welcome Tea or Cacao to Orient & Settle in (15 mins)

  • ‘Drop into the Body’ Meditation (10 mins)

  • Embodied Yoga & Movement Practise (60 mins)

  • Guided Grounding Breath journey (15 mins)

  • Sound Bath of the lower energy centres (20 mins)

  • Space for Rest & Reflective Journaling (15 mins)

After your session you’ll also receive;

  • x 2 follow-up support check-ins where you can share or inquire around anything that may have come up for you following your session

  • a simple practise guide for titrating self-led somatic support at home
