Our rewilding journey isn’t always easy. Sometimes we find ourselves caught up in barriers that we need gentle guidance & support to untether ourselves from.

How it works.

Start by booking your session date below…

You’ll then receive an email to identify your main somatic barriers along with a payment link.

Your session map will be designed around the challenges that you’re currently facing.

During our time together we’ll drop into;

  • embodiment

  • somatic yoga movement practise

  • breathwork & somatic inquiry

  • space for reflection, journaling or rest

After your session you’ll also receive;

  • a suggested practise guide for each cycle phase

  • a detailed breakdown with next steps for your personal journey
